We read everything. We cannot promise a reply to every message, but corrections are prioritised.
Reporting a data error
This is the most useful thing you can send us. To act on it quickly, please include:
- The tool you were using and the page address.
- The exact values you entered.
- What the tool told you, and what the correct answer is.
- Where you confirmed the correct answer — a model plate, a manual, or a manufacturer page. A photograph of the plate is ideal.
If a source has changed underneath us — a manufacturer revising a part number, a dataset being updated — that is exactly what we want to know. Every tool shows the date its data was last reviewed, so you can see how current it is before you write.
What we cannot help with
We are a reference site, not a parts retailer and not a repair service. We do not sell parts, take orders, process returns, or track shipments — if you bought something through a link here, contact that retailer. We also cannot diagnose a fault in your appliance or advise on a specific repair; that needs a qualified technician looking at the machine.
