What the tools collect: nothing
Every PartCaddy calculator runs in your browser. Model numbers, measurements, dates and prices you enter are never transmitted to us, never stored, and never logged. If you share a result link, the values travel in the URL you chose to share — we still do not receive them.
We have no user accounts and no sign-up, so we hold no names, email addresses or passwords.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and understand which tools people use. It sets cookies and records a truncated IP address. We do not send it anything you typed into a tool. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising and cookies
We use third-party advertising to keep the tools free. Specifically:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Third-party vendors and ad networks may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to collect information in the course of serving ads, in order to measure performance and show more relevant advertising.

Affiliate links
Some outbound links to retailers — including Amazon and eBay — are affiliate links. If you buy through one we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those links carry a tracking tag identifying PartCaddy as the referrer; the retailer, not us, records the click and any purchase under their own privacy policy. Affiliate links appear only after your result and never influence it.

What we store on your device
Cookies and similar storage on this site come from the analytics and advertising services described above, plus your browser's ordinary cache. The tools themselves do not set cookies. Blocking third-party cookies does not stop any calculator from working.
Children
PartCaddy is a home-maintenance reference intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data of our own, there is generally nothing for us to export or delete. For data held by Google, use the Google links above. If you believe we hold something about you, write to us via the contact page and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date shown at the foot of this page.
